Our mission is not to own the network. It is to protect its neutrality.

The initiative sets out a careful framework for protocol research, public goods coordination, and the long-term integrity of Continua as open protocol infrastructure.

Trust boundary

Boundaries of the initiative.

  • 01It does not own or control the protocol.
  • 02It does not replace decentralized governance.
  • 03It does not make token, investment, or financial promises.

Different from the protocol portal.

continua.network explains the protocol. The Foundation initiative focuses on the conditions that allow the protocol to remain open, credible, and enduring.

Stewardship

Stewardship over ownership.

The stewardship initiative is not a vehicle for controlling Continua's future. It provides a careful framework for contributors, validators, builders, researchers, and communities to shape it responsibly.

Governance

The Charter is the boundary.

Code executes rules. A charter defines the boundaries of power.

The Draft Charter will outline principles for stewardship, transparency, public goods, and governance. It remains under development.

Transparency

Trust requires visibility.

Transparency frameworks for initiative activity, treasury reporting, grants, governance records, and security disclosures are intended for future publication.

Continua is not built for a cycle. It is built for continuity.

Help shape a careful stewardship framework for open, memory-aware digital infrastructure.
